We are a small company operating quality pubs in the North of England.
The company was formed by Phil Strong who has over 25 years experience in the pub industry. More and more pubs seem to be moving to brands where the individuality of the pub is compromised with standard menus, standard operating procedures and the like. Phil saw an opportunity to develop a business with quality pubs, character and individuality, free house style of operation and home-cooked food and a range of beers and wines. Each pub has its own unique character and Chameleon Pub Company add to that with individual flair from the pub management, chefs and staff. They are all pubs Phil likes to eat and drink in and where you can pick up the atmosphere!
