If you answer “yes” to the above questions, then Chameleon Pub Company could be for you. Pub managers are employed to run the business as if it is their own. You will be given responsibility to develop your pub, to deliver the best standards, service and requirements your customers want.
We are always looking for managers with the drive and ambition to make their pub the first choice for their target customers. Managers are paid competitive salaries, most pubs have live-in accommodation and attractive bonuses can be earned.
Assistant Manager/Trainees
All our pubs have assistant managers. We are keen to employ individuals who want to learn and grow in their jobs and develop their careers. We will work with you and put together training and development programmes appropriate to you to help you grow and develop.
Chefs/Cooks
If you want to be involved in putting menus together similar to those in the pub web pages and you want a say in suppliers used, type of food offered, costing and pricing, Chameleon may be the company for you!
Training & Development
Whilst we are too small to have our own training team, we are members of the British Institute of Licensees and support training and development courses they provide. Several of our pub managers have training awards and are able to assist in training where appropriate. We have several staff completing NVQ Level 2 qualifications.
